Hugh Hefner’s son Marston has been sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence program after assaulting his Playmate girlfriend Claire Sinclair last month, according to TMZ.

Hefner was charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, after hitting Sinclair at the couple’s Pasadena apartment Feb. 12, bruising her and damaging her laptop. He was released in lieu of $20,000 the next day.

He pleaded no contest Tuesday. Hefner was also initially charged with vandalism over the computer, which was dismissed.

The judge also ordered Hefner to stay away from Sinclair. The pair had dated on and off since Aug. 2010.
Hugh Hefner, 85, has four children. Marston is his oldest; his mother is Hefner’s second wife Kimberley Conrad.
